If you know me, you know that I am a hopeless romantic... I have always seen the value of bringing the woman I love roses on different occasions... (Guys, take my advice, do so because you love her, do it spontaneously! Not as a way to say I'm sorry... Bring them to her as a way of saying "I was thinking of you today, and I love you"...)
Recently, I picked up a dozen red long stems fo Jo, and the blossoms kept getting more and more vibrant as the days went by. I took a moment one afternoon to set the vase by the pool and get some close-up photos and sketches to turn into paintings. Enjoy!
